The 2014 Salsa Beargrease Carbon is THE racing fatbike, with full carbon frame and fork. Think of all the terrain you can ride on a fatbike. Now think of riding it fast!

Made all the more sweet with a Salsa carbon tapered fork, Salsa Carbon flat handlebar, and SRAM XX1 drivetrain.

It's another new model for 2014 from our friends at Kona Bikes, the Precept DL and the Precept.
Kona describes the 2014 Kona Precept DL as "the entry-level version of our brand-new Process bikes". In fact, the Precept DL has a lot of the same features as the Process: direct-mount front derailleur, dropper-post cable routing and a full complement of cartridge bearings. It even has similar geometry to the Process 134: same BBH, same chainstay length and same 68-degree headtube angle.
With RockShox suspension both front and rear and 27.5" wheel size, this bike is ready to race enduro, ride all day singletrack, and everything in between. MSRP is $1899.
Kona describes the 2014 Kona Precept as "an evolution of the venerable Tanuki". This bike covers a huge range of riding capabilities; it is an incredibly efficient climber, and a faster, more stable, descender. MSRP is $1599.
Features of the Kona Precept:
Made in the USA with aggressive DH geometry and 8.5" of travel, the 2014 Intense 951 EVO (pictured, upper right) has been redesigned to utilize 27.5" wheels. With a slacker 62.5 degree head tube angle and a short chainstay, you'll feel more confidence through tech, steeps, and high speeds. MSRP is $6399.
The 2014 Intense Carbine 275 (pictured, left) has gone in a whole different direction from last year. It's now a dedicated 27.5" carbon frame mountain bike with adjustable travel (5.5" to 6") and aggressive 27.5" trail geometry. MSRP is $6599.
29ers more your thing? No problem, there's a Carbine for you too! This build kit comes with RockShox Revelation fork and Reverb Stealth seatpost. MSRP is $6399.
The Surly Long Haul Trucker has long been known as a dependable, comfortable, steel frame touring bike. It's got all the braze-ons you need to haul your gear: rack mounts, water bottle cage bosses, fender mounts, and even a spare spoke holder. The tubing on the frame is thicker-walled and larger in diameter than your standard road and touring frames, so it's made to handle lots of cargo weight.
The standard Long Haul Trucker is available as either a frameset or as a complete bike, with 26˝ wheels in 42–62cm frame sizes, or with 700c wheels in 56–64cm.
Pictured here is a 58cm size with 700c wheels. MSRP for the complete bike is $1350.
