Tani Walling opened The Path Bike Shop in 1998 in a 500 square-foot space on a shoestring budget in Tustin, California. Back then there was barely enough room to set up a repair stand, but over the years The Path has expanded as neighboring suites have opened up in our building.

Today, the original shop space is used for storage and web order fulfillment, and the retail space next door serves as a mountain bike outlet store. Everything is on sale in this location at 215 W. First Street.

In late 2023, we moved our main store just down the street to 649 S. B Street in Tustin after working for several months building out the retail and shop spaces. In this location you will find all current model year bikes and other merchandise, our service department, and more.

While our roots are in mountain biking and we have become known for our vast inventory and knowledge of off-road product and technology, we service bikes of all types.

As The Path has grown, we've expanded our partnerships to include more than a dozen bike brands, and we have a huge selection of apparel, accessories, parts and components. The Path also offers a full menu of repair services, including in-house suspension work and custom wheel builds.
