Order Processing Time: We aim to ship orders on the day the order is placed as mail service allows. Most orders will ship within one to three business days unless it is a pre-order for an item that is not yet available. Bike Shipping Policy: Most of the bikes sold on our website ship for free within the continental U.S. Bikes under $1,500 ship for $100. At this time, Transition bikes are only available for purchase in-store, except for select clearance models, which we can also ship. Transition bikes that can be purchased online and shipped are noted as such in the product description.
Local Pickup: Most orders will be ready for local pickup the day the order is placed, or by the date and time you request at the time you place your order. We will notify you if there is a delay. Please select In-store Pickup in cart and enter the information in the fields provided.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
